Jonathan Wiesenthal is an experienced litigation lawyer with more than a decade of experience representing individuals, businesses, insurers, municipalities, and not-for-profit organizations across Ontario. He was called to the Bar of Ontario in 2015 after earning his Juris Doctor from the University of Windsor Faculty of Law. He advises clients on employment law, personal injury, business law, civil litigation, and wills and estate matters, delivering practical and strategic legal solutions tailored to their needs. Jonathan has a strong background in estate litigation and fiduciary disputes, as well as construction law, including non-payment disputes, delay claims, and adjudication proceedings at all levels.
Jonathan has appeared before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Divisional Court, administrative tribunals, and in mediation proceedings.
