Samantha Keser is a senior lawyer in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution division at Nanda & Associates. Her practice includes a wide range of civil and estate litigation matters, including but not limited to: • Estate litigation (contested/contentious estate matters, fiduciary litigation, dependent support claims, passing of accounts, guardianship and power of attorney disputes) • Civil litigation (breach of contract and contract enforcement, business disputes, property/real estate disputes, leasehold disputes, tortious actions (negligence, intentional tort), collections and enforcement of judgments, government and administrative tribunal proceedings) Samantha has experience in all levels of court, including the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and the Court of Appeal for Ontario, along with various tribunals, providing tailored solutions across a wide range of civil and estate litigation matters.
