Note: Payments made by credit card are subject to a 2% convenience fee. Please do not email your credit card information to ensure your security.

Cheque or Bank Draft

Please send certified cheques or bank drafts payable to:

You can ask for direct deposit information if you wish to deposit raft in our account. We will need copy of draft, copy of deposit slip to ensure funds have reached in our trust account.

Refund Policy

At Nanda & Associate Lawyers, we are committed to transparency and client satisfaction in all financial transactions. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are processed to ensure clarity and trust in our financial dealings.

Initiating a Refund

Refunds are processed under the following conditions:

  • The client must first contact their respective lawyer or law clerk to discuss any issues related to duplicate payments or overpayments.
  • A refund will only be initiated after direct communication has confirmed the need for such action.

Method of Refund

  • Refunds for all payment methods will be processed within 60 days of approval.
  • Refunds will be issued via cheque, regardless of the original payment method, except,
  • if the original payment was made via credit card, the refund may be issued by using the same payment method.

General Conditions

  • Refunds are subject to review and approval by Nanda & Associate Lawyers to ensure compliance with legal and contractual obligations.
  • We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice. Clients are encouraged to review this policy periodically.
