Nanda & Associate Lawyers is committed to providing clear communication with our clients. By opting into our SMS or MMS messaging service, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Consent to Receive SMS/MMS Messages

By providing your mobile number to Nanda & Associate Lawyers, you consent to receive recurring text messages from us. These messages may include legal updates, appointment reminders, service notifications, and other important information related to our legal services.

Accuracy of Contact Information

You confirm that the mobile number you’ve provided is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized user of that number. If your contact details change, including your mobile number, you agree to notify us promptly by emailing info@nanda.ca before the change takes effect.

Automated Messaging & Charges

You agree to receive both automated and manually sent messages from Nanda & Associate Lawyers. These messages may be informational or promotional. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of legal service. Standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply.

Opting Out

You can opt out of SMS/MMS communications at any time by replying with STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to any of our messages. You may also email info@nanda.ca to request removal from our messaging list. You will receive a confirmation message once your request is processed.

Carrier Disclaimer

Our SMS/MMS service is supported by major Canadian and U.S. carriers, but message delivery is not guaranteed. Carriers, including but not limited to Rogers, Bell, Telus, and T-Mobile, are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Data Collection and Usage

To provide this service, we may collect your mobile number, carrier name, message content, and timing of communications. This data helps us deliver legal updates and services more efficiently. We do not sell or share this data with third parties.

Service Modifications and Cancellation

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue our messaging service at any time without notice.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nanda & Associate Lawyers from any claims or liabilities arising from your use of our SMS service, including use of a phone number not owned by you or failure to inform us of changes to your contact details.

Eligibility and Participation

To use our SMS service, you must be at least 18 years of age, own a wireless device with two-way messaging capabilities, and have service with a supported carrier.

General Terms

You represent that you have the legal authority to agree to these terms and that doing so does not breach any other agreement. If any provision of these terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, it will be limited or removed to the extent necessary, and the remaining terms will remain in effect.
